Sage Canyon Relay was Down

The Sage Canyon relay, which serves the Lake Hennessy and upper Sage Canyon area was down. The cause was power related at the relay site.

Suisun relay was cycling

The relay serving the Suisun area and parts of Fairfield was cycling. This caused a degradation of service which was caused by a combination of technical factors. This issue is now resolved.

Rimrock tower was offline

The Rimrock relay in lake county, servicing middletown and nearby communities, as well as Berryessa Estates in Napa, went offline last night and came back on its own this morning. We suspect a malfunction in the solar and wind charging system. Our techs will be on site to research this further.

Capell Valley relay intermittent outage

Earlier today, one of the sectors on the Capell Valley relay, servicing Capell Valley customers experienced technical difficulties. We were able to troubleshoot the sector remotely and restore it to full capacity by 2:10pm
