Download speeds range from 1Mbps to 3Mbps and vary based on network availability. This plan is not suitable for video streaming and will result in frequent buffering.
	$99	Stream your favorite movies on-demand from Netflix, Hulu, iTunes and many more. Supports Standard Definition TV resolution.		Download speeds range from 2Mbps to 5Mbps and vary based on network availability. Please set your streaming device and/or account to standard definition only. This plan is not suitable for high-definition streaming.
	$144	Stream High Definition video at 720p, even during peak hours!		Download speeds range from 4Mbps to 8Mbps and vary based on network availability.

Business Customers
	For our business customers we offer symmetric and non-symmetric plans with download speeds from 5Mbps to 40MBps. Please contact us at business@valleyinternet.com to schedule a site evaluation.

* Upload speeds on all residential plans is up to 1 Mbps.
* Residential speeds are not guaranteed and are subject to change based on utilization and a variety of network factors.
* Residential plans are not suitable for certain cloud based services such as online backup and remote monitoring.
* Use of ANY VoIP service requires a smart router capable of QoS and Traffic Shaping. 
* All installations include a demarcation box to be installed outside the building or MPOE.
* Residential customers are responsible to purchase and maintain their own router and LAN devices.
* We offer managed service which includes LAN equipment, installation and maintenance. Please contact us for more information.
* Customer must agree to the service agreement and acceptable usage policy.
